a satisfactory experience
private beach clear water weak wifi shower temperature
the hotel features a private beach. it offers lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels . freshwater showers are available near the beach and the water is crystal clear.
the shower temperature was temperamental. sometimes it was difficult to get warm water. the wifi disconnected almost immediately and was very weak and inconsistent.

non-functional air conditioning limited breakfast variety
the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. the room's air conditioning was barely functional it made sleeping difficult. the promised bottled water never was in the room a minor thing but it shows a lack of care. also i found the breakfast buffet to be quite limited i expected more variety for a hotel of this caliber. these issues detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay the room needed more attentiveness, limited breakfast

excellent amenities and very attentive staff
private beach fresh fruit aromatherapy oils
I found a private beach with clear water i swam daily. the breakfast buffet was substantial. It included fresh fruit and local pastries. the spa treatments were therapeutic. The massage therapist used aromatherapy oils i found very relaxing.

broken jacuzzi zero customer care
the room was ok and i had a great view.
On arrival the jacuzzi was not working. It also hadn't been cleaned. i reported this multiple times over several days, yet no one came to fix it.

The hotel offers transfer facilities making the trip easy. The island has no cars so it is peaceful. There are paths for walking near several beaches.
